Tavrn retrieves medical records from any provider in the United States for the law firms, health systems, research sites and health-tech companies that depend on them, then turns the records into the work product they need. We are a small team in San Francisco, working in person.

## A single process for medical record retrieval

One signed HIPAA authorization covers every provider on the request. Tavrn prepares each release, works the provider by fax, portal, mail, email or phone, follows up every 48 hours and checks every file against the request.

- 1. **Request** — A new request starts in the Tavrn platform, from Clio, SharePoint, Smokeball, Litify, SmartAdvocate, Dropbox, or from the API.
- 2. **Track** — A status card with one row per provider: records received, confirming receipt with a provider-stated date, action required to approve a fee, and the next follow-up in 48 hours.
- 3. **Deliver** — A folder of checked documents filed by provider and date of service, with record type, page count and file type for each file.
